My sessions go beyond organizational skills to engage audiences in an understanding of the concepts and values that embody their organization or company. Most importantly, I have a presentation to reach your audience at every level; whether it is an experienced student leader that needs to Stay in H.A.R.M.’s Way to maximize their activity on campus, a student that needs to learn The Code so they can see how to be a leader without a title, or a student ready to listen to The Soundtrack to gain a proper perspective of diversity.

My Vision

I want to Re-Define Student Leadership!

So often when we talk about student leadership, we are talking about students that are active in organizations on a campus. Or, we are talking about students with a title. I want to move student leadership beyond simply being president or committee chair because I believe every student is a leader! It just takes the proper mindset to activate their potential. No matter where they are in their educational journey, every student has a responsibility to their community, their campus, and most importantly themselves. Leadership goes beyond titles and organizations, it is also about equipping people with the tools to maximize the impact they have on their circle of influence.

I envision students and organizations that know the importance of success, but focus on being great individuals, therefore building great teams. My goal is to educate your students on the importance of leadership and the role it plays in the overall production of the team. Your team will know the power of persistence, enthusiasm, and dedication. I aim to shape your leaders into individuals that will be valuable assets to their families and communities, applying the values and strategies they learn in an effort to make a noticeable difference in the lives of everyone they touch. I am are dedicated to teaching, learning, mentoring, listening, and always growing, so I can better educate students and organizations on the strength of diversity and realizing their personal greatness.

My Purpose

My purpose is to have every student believe and understand that they are a leader.

That they have a responsibility to maximize the time and energy they put into their educational endeavors. My purpose is to create an environment where people can live what they learn. Through interactive workshop presentations, team-building exercises, and keynotes that focus on nurturing and cultivating the mind as well as the spirit, it is my hope to spark a desire in your organization to act in the authority and power that they posses. Because of my varied successes, I provide a diverse and unique insight on the challenges people face in their day-to-day lives, as well as the struggles of keeping pace in today’s dynamic corporate world.
